Diabetic ID Bracelet Program

At Maylee’s Mission, we know a medical ID bracelet can save a life. For children with Type 1 Diabetes, emergencies can happen anywhere, and a bracelet gives first responders essential information fast.

Since launching, we’ve donated over $5,500 in bracelets locally. Designed to be both functional and kid-friendly, our goal is to expand access so every child who needs one can get one. Your support helps us reach more families and continue this life-saving program. (3/3/26)
